Student Supply List
Students in any Tech Ed course will need to bring a notebook and a pencil to class EVERY DAY.
All other tools and materials will be provided for students participating in the course.
Measurement
Accurate measurement is essential to student success in Tech ed. If you find that you are having trouble mastering the use of a ruler the information and practice sheets found on this page may be beneficial for you. Safety is a crucial aspect of working in the shop during Tech Ed. In order to gain access to the shop all students taking Tech Ed must past a series of safety exams by scoring 100% on each. To aid in studying please see the Safety Study Guide documents to the right
As part of the 7th Grade Tech Ed curriculum students will be creating CO2 Cars in the shop. The purpose of this project is for students to design, produce, and race a CO2 car while keeping features such as aerodynamics in mind. Below you will find a copy of the grading rubric and a CO2 design template.
