In sixth-grade, our focus in social studies is on ancient cultures. We will learn about human life from hunter-gatherers and the first civilizations through The Renaissance.  

We will also spend time learning world geography and current events. 

We believe in the importance of the concepts and skills taught through social studies, and we look forward to helping your children grow in their knowledge and abilities to think about the world and other peoples from different perspectives.
