Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am excited to begin my 11th year teaching! Prior to being at Prairie View, I taught in Sparta, Wisconsin. I taught first grade for six years before making the change to kindergarten. I am so excited to be in kindergarten and help kiddos begin their educational journey! 

I grew up in Holmen and graduated from Holmen High School. I had always dreamed of teaching back in Holmen. I married my high school sweetheart, Jake, in 2013. We have two kiddos, Sawyer who is eight and Willow who is five. I received my bachelors degree from Viterbo University in 2012 and my masters degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 2017. In my spare time I enjoy camping, playing outside, and reading books.

We will have so much fun this year in Kindergarten! You will see your child grow and learn so much this year; I'm excited to be on the kinder adventure with you! If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me! It'll be a great year!
