Hello! I am Mrs. Bakkestuen. I graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology in 2011 and later discovered my true passion for teaching. I returned to school and earned my degree in Elementary Education from UW-Superior in 2016. I have been teaching since 2016 and joined the School District of Holmen in 2019.

I am passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I love the learning process and strive to create a classroom environment where curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning can flourish. Seeing my students develop confidence and a growth mindset is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching!
