Hello! My name is Amber Tewes. I am an interventionist teacher here at Sand Lake. I have been working at Sand Lake since August 2006. I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with my Bachelor's degree in education, both regular education and special education, in August 2006. I received my Master's degree in Education from Viterbo University, where I also received my Reading Teacher and Reading Specialists licenses. I really enjoy working with students to support their learning in reading and math.
