Good Day,

My name is David Jansen, Social Studies teacher at Holmen High School.  In 2006, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Broadfield Social Studies and History, and in 2010, I again graduated from UWO with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.

I have now begun my 15th year of teaching (first year was 2006), having taught previously at the following school districts: Shiocton High School (1 year) teaching United States History, Psychology, Culture and Education, and Ladders of Life; Little Chute High School (4 years) where I taught A.P. United States History, Economics, Comparative Religions, and World History; and Fond du Lac High School (9 Years) focusing on Economics and United States History. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, most notably, my wife Valerie, and daughters Iris and Malia.  Together, we enjoy the outdoors, traveling to Wisconsin State Parks, and swimming.  

Currently I am teaching United States History III, Global Social Issues, and Personal Criminal Issues.
