Greetings and Salutations! Although I am a relatively new faculty member to Holmen high school, I began my teaching career in 1999 when I graduated from Viterbo University with a BA in English Secondary Education. I have continued to enhance my teaching pedagogy by earning my Masters of Arts Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2011.

Over the years I have taught a number of classes including Sophomore English, Junior English, Dual Credit American Literature, British Literature, AP Literature and Composition, and AP Language and Composition. This year I am looking forward to teaching ELA 10, Honors English 10, AP Literature and Composition, and English 100: Academic Reading and Writing (dual Credit through UW River Falls).

I deeply enjoy being a member of the Holmen family. From the moment I enter my classroom to the moment I leave the building, my students are my number one priority. When given the right support, every student can achieve success. I look forward to working with and speaking to you as the year progresses.
