I started my teaching career at Sparta High School in 1996.  I then came to the School District of Holmen in 2001 where I have taught grades K-5.  I currently teach art at Evergreen Elementary.  Our art schedule is on a 6 day cycle.  Students receive art instruction a total of 90 minutes in this cycle.  Our curriculum is aligned with state standards and was written in a collaborative effort between all art teachers district wide at all grade levels.  We also meet monthly as an elementary art team to plan and share new ideas.  We are active throughout the year with various displays.  You may see our students art work at the Holmen Public Library, the Pump House, and most certainly the hallways of each of our district schools.  Students also participate in creating the Homecoming float, music program designs, and various other displays needed throughout the year.  We hope you enjoy our student's work!
