In 2013, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a degree in elementary and middle school education with an emphasis in English. I began teaching in the Holmen School District in the fall of 2013. Since beginning teaching here, I have taught second, third, and now sixth grade Language Arts. In August of 2019, I graduated with my Master’s degree from Purdue University in Learning Design and Technology. 

My family and I live in the area, and we can often be spotted hanging out at a park, going for walks, or watching my son play sports. When we get the chance, we like to spend a lot of time in the outdoors, especially at our cabin up north, boating, fishing, and having campfires. We also enjoy cooking and traveling, both for trying new foods. When we aren’t busy doing something active, I love to curl up with a good book or listen to an awesome podcast.
