Teacher - Special Education Email Phone: 608.526.1600 Greetings Students and Families! I started teaching 18 years ago at Evergreen in 2006, then transferred to Prairie View when it opened in 2009. This 2024-2025 school year, I will be co-teaching with Mrs. Pickett and Mr. Schmidt. Co-teaching in an inclusive classroom means to me that all children learn side-by-side as much as is appropriate. Having two licensed teachers in the same classroom means we are able to accommodate children in a way that is otherwise impossible. I strive to do "the next right thing," which includes modeling the universal values of empathy, cooperation, independence/advocacy, and self-control. Both of my children attend HHS. Jedrick is a freshman; Sophia is a sophomore. We love all things outdoors!
