Hello and welcome! I am the Title I reading teacher at Viking Elementary School. I have been teaching in the School District of Holmen since 2003. I love teaching reading and watching children grow.

I am originally from the Philadelphia area but I have lived in many different places before settling down in Wisconsin. Previously, I taught 4K, Kindergarten and Second Grade in Maryland. I have two children, a son, who lives in Tampa and a daughter (12). We have two cats, Adonis and Brie.

A little known fact about me is that in 1996 my husband and I rode our tandem bicycle through Europe. We rode nearly 5800 miles over six months, touring 14 different countries. It was an adventure of a lifetime! Sadly, I have retired my bike, but I do enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, playing trivia and watching British mysteries in my free time.
