Greetings! I am one of the band directors for the School District of Holmen, where I have been teaching since 2007. Currently, I direct the 8th grade band, the 7th grade band, the beginning 7th grade band, jazz band, and teach 6-8 band lessons at Holmen Middle School. Before teaching in Holmen, I was a middle school band director in southeastern Wisconsin for 8 years. 
I LOVE music and LOVE to see students learn and grow with music from beginning band through high school and beyond. 
I have a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master's degree in music education from Boston University.
I enjoy biking, kayaking, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and reading in my free time. I also play trombone and bass trombone in the La Crosse Wind Symphony, La Crosse Concert Band, several area jazz bands, and various local churches.
