The fiscal operations' year of the District runs from July 1 through June 30. The Audit Report represents the status of the District’s finances on June 30 and the expenses and revenues of the preceding 12 months. The financial statements are due to the Department of Public Instruction 5.5 months following the fiscal year-end. The completed Audit Report is presented to and approved by the Board within 6 months of field completion. The general purpose financial statements of the School District of Holmen have been audited as of and for the year ending on June 30 as identified in the accompanying Financial Statements & Auditors Report. These general purpose financial statements are the responsibility of the District's Board of Education and management. The purpose of the audit is to express an opinion on these general purpose financial statements.
