The receiving, dispersal and proper accounting for all funds of the District is managed by Business Services.  The accounting system used conforms with requirements of the State Department of Public Instruction and good accounting practices. The accounting system provides for the appropriate separation of accounts, funds, and special monies.

As prescribed by Board Policy 6800 - System of Accounting, the Board receives monthly Financial Reports showing the financial condition of the District as of the last day of the preceding month.  Such statement reflects receipts and expenditures by fund.  Such other Financial Reports as may be determined necessary by either the Board or the administration shall be presented as found desirable.
