Staff must check with their building or program's budget authority (principal for schools, supervisor or director for District departments) before requesting the app. I&T will verify all app requests with budget authorities prior to fulfilling them.
Need an app on all iPads in a cart, department or building?
Just note this in your request instead of naming a specific iPad. Our staff will be in touch with you to confirm details.
Looking for free apps?
You may load free apps onto devices yourself. If you want a specific app deployed to an entire cart or large group of devices, you may follow the above process, less the account coding details, and we will deploy the app for you. Just be sure to mention in your request that the app is free.
