The School District of Holmen payroll dates are every other Friday. If the scheduled payroll date falls on a Federal Reserve Bank Holiday, then the payroll deposits shall be issued on the preceding day. The Pay Date Calendars are based on employment classification.
 
Hourly Employees include pay date schedules for employees providing services in hourly pay positions, including but not limited to: Nutrition Services; Custodial, Maintenance & Technology; Educational Assistants; Office Professionals; Bus & Van Drivers; Hourly Coaches and substitutes for hourly employees.
 
Salaried Employees include pay date schedules for employees providing services in salaried pay positions, including but not limited to: Administrators, Directors, Teachers and Teacher substitutes.
 
Draft Pay Date Calendars are posted in draft form and will become final upon movement to the current fiscal year.
