Response to Intervention is a framework to ensure all students receive appropriate instructional support. The companion framework (Professional Learning Communities) fosters a team approach with groups of teachers answering four basic, but powerful questions utilizing student work and assessment as the focus of their discussion.
The questions are

What do we want each student to learn?

How will we know when each student has learned it?
