The School District of Holmen discontinued coordinating the offering of a student accident insurance program at the end of the 2017-18 school year. Since children are particularly susceptible to accidental injuries, we encourage you to review your present health and accident insurance program to determine if your coverage is adequate. Participation in the vast majority of school co-curricular activities is contingent upon the participant's parent/guardian attesting to insurance coverage for the participant. If you feel your insurance is not adequate because of deductibles, co-insurance or other clauses, or if you do not have insurance, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified insurance agency about purchasing insurance coverage. Such coverage may reduce your exposure to financial hardship in the event of an accident or injury to your child related to school and school activities.
