WINSS is a resource for educators, parents and community members interested in educating the hearts and minds of Wisconsin's children. WINSS provides information on what we want our children to know and be able to do; how students are performing each year; and how our schools are staffed and funded. WINSS also describes the seven characteristics of successful schools - and shares resources that are central to successful schools including leadership, planning tools, professional development and community partnerships.
The SPR was created in 1991 with the passage of s.115.38 WI Statutes. It serves as a district’s annual public school report. Below is a list of topics covered by the report with comparisons to other districts in the same athletic conference.

The Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance seeks to
- explain how state and local government work so voters and taxpayers, students and teachers can be more active and informed citizens; and
- provide reliable data to members of the legislature, county boards, school boards, city councils, and other government bodies and economic development groups to foster intelligent decision-making.
The Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB) is dedicated to serving as an advocate for education and students. Founded in 1921, the Association seeks to advance education through supporting the tradition of local school board control of the state’s public schools.
The Association helps meet the challenges facing school boards by providing innovative ideas, advocacy, essential services, resources, relevant programs, and quality information.
