Welcome to Holmen Middle School Gymnastics!
We are so excited to be coaching your child this season and cannot wait to watch them grow in the sport.
Practice will start every day at 2:50 and go until 5:00.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Attendance is Mandatory. Please notify your coaches if child will be absent from practice.
- Gymnasts will work hard every day
- Phones will be put away during practice
SCHEDULE:
- Groups will be determined by the end of the second week of practice, which will determine which days your child will come to practice.
- You will receive a letter by the end of the second week letting you know when your child will come to practice.
No experience prior to this season is required! We love seeing all levels of athletes progress and become more confident throughout the season.
There will be no equipment needed! All gymnastics equipment will be provided, and if your gymnast has grips, or any other apparatus accessory that they would like to use, they are more than welcome to bring their personal items!
Program Vision/ Focus: In the Holmen Gymnastics Program, we focus on more than the sport of gymnastics. Our main goal is to promote physical and mental health for all athletes. We pride ourselves on the communication between coaches and athletes because trust is a large part of the sport. Creating friendships and supportive teammates is another thing that we focus on because as much as gymnastics is an individual sport, there is a huge team aspect to it.
